Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of dailybrief at https://www.dhaneesh.in, including its pages, audio, podcast, feeds and quiz (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
dailybrief is a free, automatically prepared daily briefing on generative AI. It links to and briefly summarises reporting and announcements published by others. We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time.
2. AI-prepared content and accuracy
Summaries, headlines, explanations, quiz questions and audio are produced automatically with AI from publishers' public text and may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. Audio uses synthetic AI voices; the hosts and news reader are not real people. Always check the original source before relying on any detail, such as a price, version number, date or claim. 3. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, investment, security, technical or other professional advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility.
4. Your use
You may read, listen to and share links to the Service for personal and internal business use. You agree not to:
- copy or republish the Service in bulk, or present it as your own;
- access it in a way that harms its operation, such as excessive automated requests, attempts to break security, or interfering with other users;
- use it for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
Automated access by search engines and AI assistants under our robots.txt is welcome.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, branding (including the dailybrief name and logo), software, and our own original text and audio are owned by Dhaneesh T B. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the source of news. Headlines, short excerpts and images from publishers remain the property of their owners; see Copyright and content removal.
6. Third-party links and content
The Service links to and displays content from third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhaneesh T B will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is free; our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to use it (if any) and USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings there where the law allows.
